Can't see any images? -! | | | WebProWorld Members,
Happy Valentine's Day! When I went to the store last night, I couldn't help but smile when I saw a bunch of guys standing in the card aisle trying to pick out something for their significant other that wouldn't look like a last minute trip to the local grocery store. You guys didn't do that did ya? Or did you completely forget about Valentine's Day until reading this? If so, you better go quick because time is running out! ... You can go ahead and read the update first though. ;)
Our featured post today comes from arthurakay, who wants to know if Google Analytics accurately reports traffic coming from the various search engines. He has been writing a report on a client over the last month, using data gathered from his log files. To learn more about arthurakay's problem and see if you can help click here!
As for the remaining posts, the first has a file extension question. The second needs suggestions on the placement of a registration form. And the last post is having some technorati tag problems.
| Tiffany | | Google Discussion Forum Google Analytics - Search Traffic Accuracy? Does Google Analytics accurately report traffic coming from the various search engines? I have been writing a report on a client over a one month time frame using data gathered from our log files. I was curious to see how that data stacked up against Google Analytics, and here's what I found: - Google over-reported its own referrals, though just slightly. Our log files showed 221 referrals. GA showed 227. Read Replies | | | http://www.solanoswesternwear.com/ Please review my recently uptaded site: Solano's Boot & Western Wear - Top Quality Western Fashions. Let me know what you think! Accessibility and Usability Forum Default Placement Of The Registration Form Greetings, I am redesigning my site and like to include the registration form in the home page itself along with the Sign Up options for the existing members. Logically where should I place the registration form. Left side of the page and the content in the right side or should I follow the opposite rule. Also like to place the text box for sign up option for the existing members which will include text box for email and password. Where do I place this one. My motive is to redesign the page for better experience for the users not to change their behavior. Any help will be well appreciated. Any article on the above mentioned problem will be more helpful for me. Read Replies
Syndication and Social Media Discussion Forum Technorati Tag Problems I'm having real problems with Technorati at the moment and wonder if anyone can shed any light. Technorati appears to be correctly picking up the tags for my blog, i.e. this post, which has been tagged under 'Beauty Tips' and 'Beauty'. The problem is that when I go to the individual tag pages, i.e. Beauty Tips Tag Page my blog is nowhere to be seen. Also, a search for beauty tips gives me nada from my blog. Anyone have any ideas why this would be? Read Replies
