There have been quite a few post made today, and it was difficult to select just four to put in today's newsletter. It's a good problem to have, but still a problem. I've picked what I feel may be some of the more general sounding questions that would have a broader appeal.
Anyway, our featured post today from Heal3r, who asks for help finding management style software. Ideally the software would to be able to track accounts, as well as what each account is currently doing. There are a few more requirements that Heal3r needs, but I'll let you read the post yourself to get a better feel for it.
As for the remaining posts, the first asks why a WordPress blog seems to get crawled by Google instantly while another hardly does at all. The second post asks for help with domain referrals. Our final post today asks for help with optimizing mobile content.

 Project Management for Web Designer?
I am looking for suggestions on project management software. I'd prefer to keep my data in house vs. hosting on off site. If it is set up specifically for web designers or something similar that's even better.
I manage anywhere from 50 to 1000 new accounts each month so it needs to have that kind of organization power. Doesn't have to have accounting abilities but whatever. Need collaboration applications, maybe email, and IM ability.
If you use or know of something please post it and describe it please. Special thanks to anyone who can show me an example of the application they use in action.

New Posts = Instant Crawl by Google
A buddy of mine keeps asking me why is it when he does a new post on his WordPress blog site, which is about a year old now, Google will crawl the new post instantly without any hesitation.
I was trying to do some research with this because it only happens to certain sites. Why is this? What have you guys found out about this happening? How does Google pick which sites do index the post instantly on?

Redirected domains as referrals
We bought a bunch of keyword rich domains and want to use them in some offline campaigns as well as maybe capturing some type in traffic. They are all 301 redirecting to our primary domain.
Will these redirected domains show in Google Analytics as referrals?
